2.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies
Currently: DesignDads does not use any marketing or advertising cookies for targeting or retargeting purposes.
In the future: If we decide to use such cookies (for example for retargeting campaigns), we will ask for your explicit consent via our cookie banner before any placement.
3. Consent and Managing Your Choices
3.1 Consent Banner (Coming Soon)
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, a cookie management banner will be implemented on the Platform during your first visit.

- Refuse non-essential cookies

- Access detailed information about each cookie type
Your choice will be kept for 13 months maximum (CNIL recommendation). After this period, we will ask for your consent again.

5. Cookie Retention Period
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, cookie retention periods are limited:

- Preference cookies: Maximum 13 months
- Analytics cookies: Maximum 13 months (but collected data may be retained up to 25 months by Google Analytics in accordance with CNIL rules)
- Cookie consent: Your choice is kept for a maximum of 13 months, after which we will ask for your consent again
Upon expiration of these periods, we will ask for your consent again for non-essential cookies.
